What's Included in Every Membership Plan?
All membership plans include these core features and services at member pricing.
Memberships at Peak Family Health go far beyond discounted visits—they offer true continuity of care. As a member, you have direct, secure access to your provider by text or phone for most medical concerns without being charged for a visit. This means you can receive full medical guidance, integrative treatment recommendations, and even prescription management right from home via text/call that is covered under the membership cost. Many issues—such as minor illnesses, medication adjustments, minor urgent care concerns, and lifestyle support—can be safely managed this way without needing an appointment and are covered under the monthly membership pricing. If your concern requires an in-person evaluation (such as ear infections, pneumonia, or testing for strep, flu, or COVID) or a more in-depth telehealth discussion, your provider will guide you on the best next step and the in-person visit or telehealth visit fees apply for those scheduled appointments. Memberships provide convenience, flexibility, and continuous access to comprehensive care—without the barrier of appointment-based fees.

In-person visits are included within a 20-mile service radius. Travel beyond this distance may incur additional fees, which will be communicated prior to the visit.
