Meet your provider: Britney Pettigrew. Britney brings a wealth of experience and a passion for personalized care to Peak Family Health PLLC. With nearly a decade in the medical field, she is dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered family healthcare.

After graduating from Otterbein University in Westerville, Ohio, Britney began her career in the ICU Stepdown Unit at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus. She later transitioned to the Neuro ICU at Riverside Methodist Hospital, where she cared for patients with strokes, neurotrauma from motor vehicle accidents, and post-brain surgery recovery.

Her dedication to critical care led to a career as a travel nurse. Britney supported ICU units across Indianapolis, Missouri, and Texas. While working at Medical City Dallas Hospital, she pursued her dream of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master’s degree at Walden University and completed clinical rotations with Novant Health in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Britney has worked with Atrium Health and Lake Norman Regional Medical Group. Now, she is opening her own practice to provide integrative healthcare that blends Eastern and Western medicine. Her approach focuses on preventative care, natural solutions, and personalized treatment plans.

Britney’s mission is to move away from hospital-based, assembly-line care. She empowers her patients with informed decision-making and individualized health solutions. At Peak Family Health, Britney welcomes patients of all beliefs and backgrounds. Her focus is on building partnerships in health and creating care plans that fit each patient’s unique needs.
