    Certain conditions, such as recurring UTIs, pneumonia, COVID/flu/RSV/strep testing, and shortness of breath, require an in-person visit to ensure accurate diagnosis and proper care.
  3. Can I start my care via telehealth and then transition to in-person care if needed?
    Yes, you can begin with a telehealth consultation, and if further evaluation or testing is necessary, we can schedule an in-person visit.
  4. Do you provide preventative care or wellness visits?
    Absolutely! We offer personalized consultations to help you manage your health, such as weight loss plans, wellness strategies, and more.

Telehealth-Specific Questions

  1. How do I schedule a telehealth visit?
    If you are a Peak Family Health member, you can schedule telehealth visits conveniently through the Member Portal. Non-members will need to schedule their appointments through the dedicated Non-Members page (coming soon).
  2. What equipment do I need for a telehealth visit?
    All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a stable internet connection and a camera for video calls.
  3. Are telehealth services covered under my membership?
    Yes, many of our telehealth services are covered under membership plans, but specific treatments or conditions may have additional fees. Please refer to the table above for more details.

In-Person Visit Questions

  1. What is the process for scheduling an in-person visit?
    • Members: Schedule in-person visits through the Member Portal for ease of access.
    • Non-Members: You will need to schedule your in-person visits through the Non-Members page (coming soon).
  2. Do I need an appointment for in-person visits?
    Yes, all in-person visits require an appointment to ensure adequate time for your provider to address your concerns thoroughly.
  3. Are lab tests included during in-person visits?
    Lab tests, such as COVID/flu/RSV/strep testing, may incur additional fees depending on the test. Your provider will discuss costs during your visit.

  1. Can I get a prescription for migraines or headaches during a telehealth visit?
    Yes, if appropriate, your provider can evaluate your symptoms and prescribe medication for migraines or headaches during a telehealth visit.
  2. Do you treat erectile dysfunction (ED) via telehealth?
    Yes, telehealth consultations are available for ED treatment, including medication prescriptions if necessary.
  3. What should I do if I have a positive at-home COVID test?
    We can provide guidance via telehealth for mild symptoms. If you require further testing or have severe symptoms, an in-person visit is recommended.
  4. Are gastrointestinal (GI) conditions treatable via telehealth?
    Yes, mild GI conditions such as acid reflux or diarrhea can often be managed via telehealth. However, more severe cases may require in-person evaluation.
